Hello there! I’m Victoria Kesler, your REALTOR®! It is a pleasure to meet you. I am a Cincinnati native, very

familiar with the city and what it has to offer, including the suburbs of Mason, Fairfield, Forest Park, Mt. Healthy,

etc., to the inner city and urban communities such as, Over the Rhine, Walnut Hills, Clifton, Evanston, and Avondale, just to name a few. From its microbreweries, to its illustrious vineyards and wine tours, from the quick to-go eateries to the fancy full dining and family friendly entertainment such as museums, theaters, parks, trails, sports, festivals and concerts, local gyms, recreation centers, spin bars, etc. I graduated from Withrow High School and continued my academic career at the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. I was BLESSED to build a successful 20+ year career in Accounting and Finance working for highly successful companies.

I’ve worked with government funding, managing a portfolio of approximately 60 grants, creating budgets and financial plans, managing costs, providing monthly closing statements, account payables, ledger reconciliations, and worked with auditors. I was responsible for the entire accounting process which included but not limited to, completing the subsidiary and general ledger transactions, contract negotiation, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, income tax and business license filings and working with external auditors. To further my career, I moved out to Corporate America acquiring further skills and knowledge in accounting and finance and Six Sigma process improvement. There, I completed various financial analysis (variance, profitability, feasibility, ad hoc, etc.), balance sheet reviews, completing yearly projections and monthly forecasts for multiple sites, managed capital expenditures and assets, process improvements, month-end and year-end closing, internal audits, review and establish policies, participated in acquisitions & mergers completing due diligence. I earned my way up to a senior accountant, where my position afforded me to work more as a business partner completing feasibility analysis, sales, and pricing analysis for the region, trained, and mentored new hires, coach and evaluate staff accountants, provided financial training for operational leaders, participated on numerous process improvements, and special projects. This allowed me to move into management where I have managed a newly acquired business and led a team in the financial transitioning over to the company’s platform and standards and mentoring and developing staff. Once again working my way up to a Senior Manager level where I worked with leaders completing financial planning and analysis and business strategies.

Although I was enjoying my finance career, I decided to step out on FAITH, when the company I was with decided to downsize, and I pursued my passion for real estate. I have always been interested in Real Estate since a teenager. I used to fantasize about being a Real Estate Investor and someday owning “The Victoria Estates!” I went so far as planning it on paper and buying books to learn real estate. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, arts and crafts, decorating and designing, and viewing homes. Simply put, creating, and seeing the beauty in all things. I am also a licensed minister preaching the gospel of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Kingdom Way United Fellowship, as well as evangelism throughout the city.
