Before becoming a REALTOR®, Paul spent more than 25 years in progressive leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. There, he led teams in continuous improvement initiatives and developed strong client relationships through quality service, effective communication, and consistent on-time delivery in fast-paced environments. This background strengthened his ability to manage details, negotiate, and keep complex processes on track—skills his real estate clients rely on today.

Paul has personally experienced three corporate relocations, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges families face when moving across states or countries. In addition, he owned investment property for over a decade, serving as both manager and hands-on maintenance provider. Having owned four single-family homes himself, Paul brings practical remodeling and construction experience, including kitchen and bath renovations, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, painting, and trim carpentry. He even put these skills to work helping build homes for families impacted by Hurricane Katrina.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Paul served in the 1st Cavalry Division and the 25th Infantry Division, including deployment to South Korea for a joint cold-weather training mission with the Korean Army. His military background instilled discipline, service, teamwork, and a strong work ethic—qualities that continue to define his approach to real estate.

Outside of real estate, Paul enjoys golfing, volunteering through his church, and preparing monthly meals for those in need. He is also a member of the Butler County Investment Property Owner’s Association, where he collaborates with and supports local real estate investors.
